SAP file upload:


1. Two files will need to be made for this, the last week of EQ's, which is sorted by "Arrival Date" (Column O) and everything from prior should be deleted, and one with all "EquipID" listed. Do the last 7 days first! →Volusion and TractorHouse will only be the last 7 days!←
2. Open file from Equipment Dump email
3. Save as a .csv file
4. Upload saved .csv file to create SAP.txt file
5. Select Return to main index









Volusion:


1. Download Volusion file (will be a tab-delimited txt file)
2. Open in Excel and save as CSV for Volusion
3. Login into Volusion account
4. Hover over inventory and select Import/Export
5. Select the dropdown for "Import to:" and slect "Products"
6. Select the "Choose File" and slect the file made from the above instructions
7. Select "Yes, replace any existing data with my new updated data." under "Overwrite Existing Data?" **Duped productcode # will produce an error on Volusion. Remove the dupe in Excel and re-upload - but we should correct the issue in SAP (these should be unique numbers)









TractorHouse format:


1. This will only be the last 7 days. Import will need imported only including the last 7 days of purchases of EQs.
2. Download TractorHouse file
3. Use original file from Equipment Dump email and get the last week of salvage
4. Use the formula "=COUNTIF(a:a,A1)>1" in excel to compare equipid
5. Email completed XLS file to Tractor House/Sandhills (Ryan Fattig).









Fastline:


1. This will be ALL the data from the original file.
2. Download Fastline file (will be a tab-delimited txt file)
3. Open in Excel and save as XLS or CSV for Fastline
4. Login into Fastline account
5. Select Items
6. Select import
7. Select the "Data File" import method
8. Select "Choose File" and select the file saved from the above instructions
9. Begin Import









Rock&Dirt:


1. This will be ALL the data from the original file.
2. Download Rock&Dirt file (will be a tab-delimited txt file)
3. Open in Excel and save as EQRocknDirt.csv for emailing to Rock&Dirt
4. Email to webmaster@rockanddirt.com









Tractor-Part.com format (Allied):


1. This will be ALL the data from the original file.
2. Download Tractor-Part.com file (will be a tab-delimited txt file)
3. Open in Excel and save as equipment.csv for emailing to Tractor-Part.com
4. Open original file from Equipment Dump email
5. Email to support@alliedinfo.net









End of month Email Blast of salvage:


1. This will be ALL the data from the original file.
2. Download Last 30 days of salvage
3. Lists EQ #, Arrival Date, Make/Model, Location and Photo link





Salvage by Store

To Do: When items are marked Sold or Scrapped, etc... they are not removed from Volusion system. Need to check on how to Delete Volusion items from csv upload - or hideproduct Y ? DONE






In the works. These will export bad listings. Ones that will need category ids (Volusion) and Equipment Type/Category for Tractor House. Or ones without a Model.
With the update to the weekly Excel file from SAP, Fastline can resolve it's own Make & Model & Type from SAP data.
